Hi, I’m Ash.You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with difficult emotions. You may be finding it hard to make sense of something in your life — whether within yourself, in your relationships, or in response to the unequal and uncertain world we live in.As a heart-led, relational, and person-centred psychotherapist, my intention is to co-create a supportive and trusting relationship with you, where you feel safe and connected enough to explore whatever may be going on for you at this time.I take a trauma-informed, person-centred, emotionally focused and experiential approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I also welcome the embodied, creative, and transpersonal dimensions of your experience, working in a way that honours the whole of who you are.
Face-to-face and online counselling and psychotherapy from Dublin city centre.Campfire and forest-based counselling, in the Glenmalure Valley, County Wicklow. The cost of a 50 minute session is 80 euro.

I can provide receipts for fee reimbursement as required.I'm also interested and engaged in counselling research. In 2022 I was awarded the Research Excellence Award by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and in 2026 I received the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) Research Award at the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) International Research Conference.
